Customer Experience & Community Engagement Manager

About the role

ZEEKR, a premium electric vehicle brand under the Geely Group, is looking for an experienced Customer Experience & Community Engagement Marketing Manager to drive customer engagement, digital experience and brand activations across the Australian market. The role covers customer experience initiatives, digital customer platforms, owner community building and BTL marketing campaigns and events, working closely with ZEEKR HQ, internal stakeholders, dealer partners and external agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the ZEEKR App and digital customer ecosystem, lead the ZEEKR Online Mall (merchandise, rewards, redemption), and develop the ZEEKR Points and referral programmes
• Grow the ZEEKR owner community in Australia, run owner clubs and online/offline engagement programmes, and build relationships with local businesses and lifestyle partners
• Plan and deliver BTL marketing campaigns, events, roadshows and experiential activations, including creative, logistics, suppliers and on-site execution
• Manage budgets, vendor quotations, procurement, contracts and supplier performance
• Translate global strategies into local initiatives and coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Dealer Network, After-sales, IT and Finance teams

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in customer experience, marketing, community engagement, brand activation or related fields
• Proven BTL marketing and event planning experience, and experience managing multiple projects at once
• Budget planning, procurement and agency management experience
• Experience in automotive, premium lifestyle, luxury or consumer brands is highly regarded
• Excellent English; Mandarin is an advantage
