Digital Marketing Manager – Paid Social

About the role

ZURU Edge is expanding its paid social efforts across its beauty brands and seeks a Digital Marketing Manager (Paid Social) to lead creative development for global ad campaigns. You will adapt global brand content for local markets, source high‑performing UGC, and run structured testing programs to optimise performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own the paid social content pipeline, ensuring every campaign has platform‑native creative.
• Build and execute a test‑and‑learn plan across hooks, formats, messaging, creators and offers, scaling winning assets.
• Source, brief and manage UGC creators, securing usage rights and preparing ad‑ready assets.
• Adapt global brand assets for each market while maintaining brand consistency.
• Translate media plans into creative briefs for the digital team to launch on time.
• Monitor creative performance, fatigue and spend, refreshing content proactively and reporting insights.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in paid social or digital marketing, preferably with multi‑brand, global or beauty experience.
• Strong knowledge of Meta and TikTok advertising platforms and how creative drives performance.
• Hands‑on experience creating, sourcing or briefing paid content, including UGC and creator collaborations.
• Proven track record of running structured creative testing programs and scaling successful assets.
• Ability to translate performance metrics into actionable recommendations across brands and markets.
