About the role
The Customer Engineer will diagnose and repair SelfServ check‑outs, POS terminals and other NCR products across Victoria. The role involves both field and office work, requiring travel and hands‑on technical service.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair SelfServ check‑outs, POS terminals and related NCR equipment.
- Manage parts inventory and organise tools for service calls.
- Complete continuous training via online modules and classroom sessions.
- Travel extensively, including interstate trips, and handle tool kits weighing up to 20 kg.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience with electromechanical equipment.
- PC hardware and software repair experience.
- Valid driver’s licence and strong customer‑service skills.
- Australian permanent resident or citizen.
- Ability to work autonomously and communicate professionally.
