About the role

The Customer Engineer will diagnose and repair NCR SelfServ Checkouts, POS terminals and other NCR hardware across Melbourne and surrounding regions. The role involves both field service and office support, requiring travel and hands‑on technical work.

Key responsibilities

Diagnose and repair SelfServ Checkouts, POS terminals and other NCR products.
Manage and organise spare parts inventory.
Complete continuous training through online modules and classroom sessions.
Work autonomously in the field and office, handling travel and lifting tools up to 20 kg.
Perform occasional interstate travel as required.

Required profile

Minimum 2 years experience with electromechanical equipment.
PC hardware and software repair experience.
Passion for new technology and strong customer service skills.
Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel for service calls.
Australian permanent resident or citizen.
