Customer Care Specialist – Business Banking

About the role

The Care for Customer Specialist joins ANZ’s Business & Private Bank to help Australian businesses and private clients grow. You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering an exceptional banking experience while driving revenue through relationship building and cross‑selling.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth reviews of customers’ business and banking needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Open and manage business accounts for new‑to‑bank and existing clients.
• Promptly act on leads and customer requests, ensuring a high‑quality experience.
• Lead onboarding conversations and schedule 12‑month check‑ins to boost activation and engagement.
• Uncover cross‑sell opportunities and educate clients on ANZ’s business and digital solutions.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for helping business owners start, grow, and run their enterprises.
• Strong customer focus with the ability to see requests through to implementation.
• Proven track record of meeting KPIs or targets.
• Phone‑based customer service experience; financial services exposure is a plus.
• Understanding of small‑business and commercial markets is highly regarded.
