About the role
Join RS as a Customer Care Coordinator in ANZ, delivering excellent service across all channels and supporting commercial growth.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality customer service, handling orders and enquiries.
- Keep customers updated on order or enquiry status professionally.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets and identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer data in SAP and contribute to process improvements.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Proactive, motivated and able to work independently.
- Excellent problem‑solving, planning and time‑management skills.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional service and eager to learn.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of SAP (preferred).
