Creative Producer – Motion Graphics & Design

About the role

Neuemotion is looking for a Creative Producer who is equally comfortable designing static banner ads and animating motion graphics. Reporting to the Head of JAPAC, you will drive the production of digital advertising assets for global brands while contributing to Neuemotion’s own regional presence.

Key responsibilities

• Produce static and animated assets, from single‑image ads to motion‑graphics pieces, ensuring consistency across layouts, typography and visual treatment.
• Edit social‑first video content, handling color correction, audio mixing and basic VFX, and deliver assets optimized for mobile‑first placements.
• Interpret client briefs, develop concepts, proofread copy, and create storyboards or mock‑ups for internal and client projects.
• Manage project timelines, estimate effort, and ensure timely delivery of correctly formatted assets for multiple platforms.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in design, motion graphics and video editing, preferably in an agency or brand environment.
• Experience working on set for photo/video shoots and a strong passion for social media marketing.
• Understanding of marketing KPIs and a desire to grow into creative direction and people management.

Required skills

• Adobe Suite proficiency: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign.
• Familiarity with Frame.io, LucidLink, Asana and Smartsheet.
• Portfolio demonstrating static and motion design work.
