About the role
Lead the Prairiewood 7‑Eleven store as an owner‑operator, delivering excellent customer service and driving business performance.
Key responsibilities
- Delight customers with high service and store standards.
- Recruit, coach and develop the store team.
- Maintain a safe and positive store environment.
- Achieve KPIs, targets and financial performance.
Required profile
- Passion for customer service and hands‑on leadership.
- Fast‑paced leadership experience with a lead‑by‑example approach.
- Ability to motivate and coach a team in a changing environment.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
