About the role
Join Sodexo’s Melbourne team as a Corporate Receptionist, providing the first point of contact for internal and external visitors while supporting day‑to‑day workplace operations. This full‑time, on‑site position blends front‑of‑house duties with administrative support across the facilities portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and direct internal and external visitors, manage the company switchboard.
- Coordinate meeting rooms, provide AV/VC support for presentations and video calls.
- Maintain office presentation standards, oversee stock levels and inventory ordering.
- Manage shared inboxes, mailroom and courier services.
- Handle records management and database administration tasks.
- Provide general workplace support to employees and visitors.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a busy corporate front‑of‑house or receptionist role, preferably within a professional services environment.
- Australian citizenship or full working rights.
- Willingness to undergo pre‑employment medical, reference and police checks.
