Corporate & Policy Communications Lead – Brussels

About the role

This senior position leads corporate and policy communications for a globally recognised technology company. Based in Brussels (with flexibility to work from London), you will shape external messaging on EU policy and regulatory matters, supporting media relations and strategic briefings.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute communication strategies on EU tech policy and regulatory issues.
• Manage media relations, including briefings, press releases and interviews with Brussels and London outlets.
• Produce briefing documents, reports and messaging for senior leadership ahead of major regulatory events.
• Build and maintain formal and informal networks with policymakers, regulators and industry stakeholders.
• Collaborate with pan‑European corporate communications teams to ensure consistent messaging.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in EU policy communications, preferably within the technology sector.
• Proven track record handling high‑profile, sensitive regulatory issues.
• Strong ability to work in ambiguous environments and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Willingness to travel to Brussels regularly if based in London.
