About the role
We are partnering with a leading BigLaw firm to recruit an ambitious Corporate Associate for its tier‑1 team in New York. The firm seeks candidates with a strong corporate background, particularly those experienced in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and private equity (PE), and who are eager to live and work in New York.
Key responsibilities
- Assist senior partners on M&A transactions and private‑equity deals.
- Conduct legal research and draft documentation for corporate matters.
- Support due‑diligence processes and coordinate with clients and internal teams.
- Participate in negotiations and help structure complex corporate transactions.
Required profile
- Minimum three years of corporate experience at a leading law firm.
- Demonstrated expertise in M&A and private‑equity work.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Strong desire to relocate to and work in New York.
