Cook (Part-Time)

About the role

Estia Health is looking for a part-time Cook in Albury to help create a home that residents love. You will work alongside the Chef to deliver service standards of the highest level, using your skills and passion for fresh, wholesome meals to support the kitchen team in giving residents a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Work alongside the Chef to assist with kitchen management
• Tailor meals to meet individual needs and preferences
• Provide residents with healthy, nutritious and delicious meals
• Support the wider kitchen team to deliver a memorable dining experience

Required profile

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
• Some experience in a commercial kitchen (aged care experience highly regarded)
• A good range of experience with different cuisines and dietary requirements, responding to the social, spiritual and cultural needs of residents
• Great communication and documentation skills
