About the role
This is an opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to work flexibly from home or the office, supporting the Queensland Settlement Lead and junior paralegal team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end conveyancing transactions, including settlements, contract reviews, drafting and stamping.
- Mentor and support a team of paralegals throughout the conveyancing journey.
Required profile
- 5‑7 years experience in a high‑volume conveyancing environment.
- Proven ability to handle residential conveyancing, off‑the‑plan transactions and stakeholder negotiations.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of Queensland conveyancing processes and regulations.
- Experience liaising with authorities and handling multi‑jurisdictional matters.
