Graduate Immigration Law Programme – Perth 2027

About the role

Join Fragomen’s Graduate Intake in February 2027 and start a career in corporate immigration law. You will receive comprehensive training, work under supervision, and manage your own caseload while interacting directly with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and file visa applications ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Draft legal documents, client correspondence, and conduct legal research.
• Conduct client interviews and act as the day‑to‑day liaison for clients.

Required profile

• Recent law graduate, either about to be admitted or recently admitted to legal practice.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with a client‑service focus.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with legal case‑management systems and related technology.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
