Contract Specialist

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Contract Specialist to join its Legal and Commercial Services team. You will work alongside sales and delivery teams throughout the contract lifecycle, providing high‑quality advice and support for negotiation, drafting and ongoing management of client contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Support contract management teams across projects and accounts, collaborating with account leadership and client stakeholders.
• Work with contract management staff across multiple projects, accounts, and geographies.
• Identify, escalate and resolve commercial and contract risks, ensuring optimal outcomes for all parties.
• Support pre‑award sales activities, engage in deal shaping discussions, and provide contract drafting assistance.
• Maintain client‑facing relationships to build trust with client counterparts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Membership in World Commerce and Contracting or NCMA, or relevant professional certification (plus).
• Minimum 4 years of relevant contract management experience.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with client executives at all levels.
• Basic understanding of commercial contracting regulations, subcontracting practices, and contract terms.
