Contract Associate Manager

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Contract Associate Manager to lead and support contract management teams across projects and accounts. The role works closely with account leadership, client commercial and business stakeholders to drive sales growth, revenue protection, margin improvement and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support contract management teams across projects and accounts, aligning with client needs and account strategy.
• Provide input into performance management activities for contract management staff.
• Identify, escalate and resolve commercial and contract risks and issues.
• Engage in pre‑award sales activities, shaping deals and supporting contract drafting.
• Build trusted client relationships as a client‑facing function.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Membership in professional contract organisations (e.g., World Commerce and Contracting, NCMA) or relevant certification is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant contract management experience.
• Strong investigative and reporting skills, with knowledge of local compliance and employee‑rights laws.
• Ability to collaborate with senior client executives and understand cross‑cultural environments.

Required skills

• Experience conducting and supervising investigations and drafting confidential reports.
• In‑depth knowledge of ethical, conduct and compliance risks and related legislation.
• Extensive experience in employee relations and workplace investigations.
• Basic understanding of commercial contracting regulations, subcontracting practices and contract terms.
