Contract Administrator – Construction

About the role

Pacific Plus Constructions is seeking a full‑time Contract Administrator to join its team in the Greater Sydney Area. The role focuses on high‑end residential projects, overseeing contracts from inception to close‑out while ensuring compliance and supporting cost management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating terms with vendors and subcontractors.
• Monitor procurement activities and ensure alignment with project specifications and budgets.
• Maintain accurate contract documentation and records in the company’s contract management system.
• Coordinate with internal teams, architects, and external stakeholders to resolve contract‑related issues.
• Support project cost management by tracking contract performance and reporting outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in contract administration within the construction industry, preferably high‑end residential.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration across multiple teams.
• Experience with procurement processes and procedures.

Required skills

• Proficiency with contract management software such as Procore.
