Content & SEO Specialist

About the role

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will join a fast‑moving creative team at one of Australia’s leading caravan manufacturers. The role focuses on storytelling across social, digital and email channels to inspire audiences about adventure and the open road.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market and competitor analysis to shape content strategy.
• Plan, design and produce engaging content for newsletters, social media and email nurturing campaigns.
• Develop campaign briefs and collaborate with marketing and creative teams to maintain a consistent brand tone.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to create innovative content that strengthens brand presence.
• Manage the social content calendar and craft stories for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Write video scripts and work with production teams to deliver on‑brand video content.
• Lead SEO strategy, including keyword research and content optimisation, to improve website visibility.
• Support additional content creation, editing and campaign initiatives as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in content marketing, social media or digital communications, preferably in lifestyle, automotive or outdoor sectors.
• Strong storytelling and copywriting ability, tailored to Australian audiences.
• Solid understanding of SEO, keyword research and optimisation best practices.
• Familiarity with email marketing and social media tools such as Sprout Social and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or Figma for layout and design.
• Experience creating short‑form video content and collaborating with production teams.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field is preferred.
