Consultant – AI Advisory

About the role

Business AI is seeking a Consultant to lead AI consulting engagements for Australian SMEs. You will work directly with business owners and senior consulting leaders to shape AI strategies, drive implementation, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end client engagements across AI strategy and implementation.
• Run discovery workshops, business reviews, and planning sessions with leadership teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automate processes, and generate growth.
• Develop AI roadmaps, practical implementation plans, and track progress against client goals.
• Prepare recommendations, action plans, and deliverables for clients.
• Contribute to consulting frameworks, case studies, and best‑practice documentation.
• Represent Business AI at webinars, workshops, and industry events.

Required profile

• Experience in consulting, business advisory, strategy, transformation, or a similar client‑facing role.
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to assess business value and ROI.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Proactive, organised, and self‑driven approach.
