Construction Manager – High-End Residential Projects

About the role

This senior leadership role reports directly to the Director of Pamment Projects. You will oversee both construction delivery and the design process for high‑end residential projects across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, working through an existing team rather than managing a site day‑to‑day.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 5‑10 architecturally designed Class 1 and 2 renovations and new builds, each valued between $3 million and $20 million.
• Direct and coordinate the Project Manager, Site Manager and leading hands to ensure seamless delivery.
• Protect the architect’s design intent throughout construction.
• Take end‑to‑end ownership of project delivery, including programme, budget and risk management.
• Contribute ideas to improve business operations as the company scales.

Required profile

• Experience in high‑end residential construction, commercial construction, or running your own building business.
• Proven ability to lead senior construction delivery and manage complex projects.
• Readiness to step into a senior leadership position and support the Director’s growth strategy.
