Construction Labourer – Site Support & Demolition

About the role

We are seeking reliable Construction Labourers to support residential and commercial building projects across multiple sites in Australia. You will work alongside tradespeople, handling material movement, site preparation and basic demolition while adhering to strict safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist trades on residential and commercial construction sites.
• Prepare sites, load and unload materials, and perform general labour duties.
• Carry out basic demolition and site clean‑up tasks.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.

Required profile

• Current driver’s licence.
• Blue/White Construction Card.
• Proven experience as a construction labourer.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and site requirements.
• Ability to follow instructions, work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Physical stamina for demanding tasks and possession of steel‑cap boots and hi‑vis clothing.
