About the role

Heidelberg Materials is seeking an enthusiastic Concrete Batcher to support its concrete operations in Busselton. The role focuses on safe, efficient batching and delivery of concrete to customers while maintaining high quality and plant standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage batching and loading of the company fleet for customer deliveries.
• Perform quality control, plant maintenance, and yard housekeeping.
• Maintain stock levels and order raw materials to meet daily production requirements.
• Commit to risk management and the Zero Harm safety philosophy.

Required profile

• Passionate about safety and delivering excellent customer service.
• Team player able to multitask, make quick decisions under pressure, and solve problems.
• Willingness to contribute to overall business performance.

Required skills

• Front End Loader ticket (advantageous).
• HR licence (required).
• Computer confidence for batching operations.
