Concrete Batcher – Central Coast

About the role

Join Heidelberg Materials as a Concrete Batcher supporting operations across the Central Coast region of NSW. The role involves managing batching, loading, and delivery of concrete while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage batching and loading of company fleet for customer deliveries.
• Perform quality control, plant maintenance, and yard housekeeping.
• Maintain stock levels and order raw materials to meet production needs.
• Commit to risk management and Zero Harm policies.

Required profile

• Valid HR licence (required).
• Passion for customer service and strong work ethic.
• Team player able to multitask and make quick decisions under pressure.
• Willingness to contribute to overall business performance.

Required skills

• Confidence with computers.
• Front End Loader ticket (advantageous).
• Previous concrete batching experience (preferred, training provided).
