Concession Manager

About the role

Coach, a global fashion house within the Tapestry portfolio, is seeking a Concession Manager to lead its Sydney store. You will be the heartbeat of the store, driving sales, profitability and delivering unforgettable customer experiences that reflect the Coach brand.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the store to achieve sales, profitability and productivity across all channels.
• Execute strategic business plans while responding to evolving customer needs and local market trends.
• Champion a service‑first culture through personalized clienteling and exceptional service.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory management, payroll and loss prevention.
• Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation meet brand standards.

Required profile

• 1–6 years of leadership experience in retail or service industries, preferably luxury or fashion.
• Strong business acumen with focus on results and operational excellence.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with retail systems such as labor management, inventory and sales reporting tools.
