Community Growth Manager

About the role

Lime is expanding its Commercial Delivery product and needs a Community Growth Manager to drive courier acquisition, activation, retention and rack adoption in Sydney. This 12‑month fixed‑term field role focuses on building strong local relationships and delivering measurable regional revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the regional growth plan, meeting revenue, customer growth, activation, retention and rack‑adoption targets.
• Recruit, onboard and support delivery couriers, including personal rack distribution and logistics.
• Engage with local restaurants, ghost kitchens, delivery partners and community organisations to foster program growth.
• Plan and run community events, field activations, referral initiatives and educational sessions.
• Collect feedback from couriers and partners, turning insights into recommendations for product and operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field growth, community engagement, partnerships or field marketing.
• Comfortable spending substantial time in the field, traveling locally and handling event logistics.
• Data‑informed mindset with a focus on measurable regional revenue outcomes.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and credibility with delivery couriers and local partners.
• Excellent organisational abilities across multiple workstreams.

Required skills

• Professional fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to operate independently in an early‑stage program.
