About the role
NRMA is seeking a creative, proactive Communications Partner to join the People & Culture team. You will work closely with the Roadside business, shaping messages that inform, engage and inspire employees, especially frontline teams.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver communication plans and strategies aligned to business priorities.
- Partner on change initiatives and business transformations, creating communication plans that drive understanding and buy‑in.
- Act as an embedded communications advisor to key stakeholders, shaping clear, inspiring messages.
- Plan and execute campaigns, ensuring the right message reaches the right audience at the right time.
- Produce written and visual content for internal channels, including news stories, social posts, presentations and updates.
- Coordinate the communications calendar, balancing competing requests based on impact and audience needs.
- Support external channels such as LinkedIn with content ideas aligned to internal campaigns.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism or a related field.
- Strong strategic thinking, storytelling ability and excellent written communication.
- Creative mindset with the capability to translate business messages into engaging content.
- Experience partnering with business stakeholders and delivering high‑quality drafts within agreed timelines.
