Commercial Sales Analyst (LFIP)

About the role

Pact Group is seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Analyst to join its Large Format Industrial Packaging finance team. Reporting to the Senior Finance Business Partner, you will be the primary finance contact for sales and commercial matters, helping to improve pricing, profitability and overall business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to enhance pricing, revenue and gross margin outcomes.
• Review customer portfolios, maintain pricing mechanisms and support tenders, proposals and new product development.
• Conduct price validation, price‑volume‑mix and detailed price‑cost analysis.
• Develop complex pricing models and performance trackers for actual, forecast and budget results.
• Lead customer and product‑level sales budgeting and forecasting, identifying commercial risks and opportunities.
• Improve commercial processes, reporting tools, controls and governance, including automation using AI.

Required profile

• Analytical finance professional with experience in business analysis, management or cost accounting within manufacturing or industrial goods.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders, challenge assumptions and translate complex financial data into clear recommendations.
• Strong understanding of P&L performance, standard costing, cost allocation and SAP environments.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and database/reporting skills.
• Experience with SAP for cost and pricing analysis.
