Commercial Manager

About the role

As part of SIRROM’s growing business, we are looking for a Commercial Manager to join our Perth team. Reporting to the Executive Director West, you will manage commercial operations and collaborate closely with Finance, Village Managers, Operations Managers and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and submit all monthly claims for the WA/NT $100M+ business.
• Provide training to Village Managers on commercial aspects of their operations.
• Deliver real‑time business feedback to the Executive Director WA and Operations Managers.
• Liaise with Finance to understand claim components and work with Operations to ensure claim completeness.
• Price all contract variations for Western operations.
• Raise invoices, record receipts, chase payments and support site pricing functions.
• Support business development estimation activities.
• Review new sub‑contractor agreements locally.

Required profile

• Degree qualified in Business, Finance, Commerce, Economics or Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of workforce experience, preferably in Facility Services.
• Strong understanding of services contracts and ability to translate them into commercial models.
• Excellent ability to process large volumes of work accurately.
• Solid accounting knowledge and ability to read and interpret P&L statements.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Excel proficiency.
