Commercial Litigation Lawyer (3-5 yrs PAE)

About the role
We are seeking an experienced lawyer with 3‑5 years post‑academic experience to join our high‑performing commercial disputes and insolvency team in Sydney. You will work closely with senior partners on complex corporate, commercial and insolvency matters, gaining exposure to high‑profile litigation across a range of industries.
Key responsibilities
- Assist senior lawyers in managing commercial litigation and insolvency cases from inception to resolution.
- Draft pleadings, letters of advice, and other legal correspondence.
- Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies for corporate, banking, finance and securities matters.
- Liaise with clients including public and private companies, directors, high‑net‑worth individuals and financial institutions.
- Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to a supportive team culture.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of post‑academic experience in commercial litigation and/or insolvency.
- Strong academic record and proven ability to handle complex legal matters.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Self‑motivated, positive attitude and ability to work independently.
