Migration Agent – Visa & Migration Services

About the role

AECC is seeking a Migration Agent to join its Sydney office. You will guide students and clients through education and migration pathways, managing cases from initial consultation to visa lodgement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage existing customer cases and expand the client base within your territory.
• Collaborate with registered Migration Agents and Education Consultants to achieve positive outcomes.
• Research, plan, and contribute to marketing content and activities.
• Handle the full visa process, including AAT applications and responses to natural justice letters.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years experience in migration or education consultancy.
• Current registration as a Migration Agent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with bilingual ability preferred.
• Self‑motivated, able to work autonomously and prioritize multiple active cases.

Required skills

• Knowledge of a wide range of visas (student, temporary graduate, visitor, partner, skilled migration, employer‑sponsored, etc.).
• Ability to handle AAT applications and respond to Department of Home Affairs natural justice letters.
