Commercial Litigation & Insolvency Lawyer (3-6 yrs PQE)

About the role

Join a high‑performing independent law firm specialising in commercial litigation, restructuring and insolvency. You will work alongside senior partners on complex, high‑value disputes and provide strategic advice to major financial institutions and businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners and senior lawyers on disputes involving directors’ duties, insolvency litigation and restructuring matters.
• Advise clients on strategy, risk assessment and resolution pathways.
• Draft pleadings, evidence, correspondence and court documents.
• Assist with high‑value, strategically important disputes from inception to resolution.

Required profile

• 3–6 years post‑qualification experience in commercial litigation, insolvency, restructuring or D&O insurance litigation.
• Strong technical legal skills with a genuine interest in complex disputes.
• Commercially minded, proactive and confident in managing responsibility.
• High energy, positive attitude and a desire to contribute to a strong firm culture.
