Commercial Account Executive – APJ

About the role

HiBob is a global SaaS company seeking a Commercial Account Executive to attract and win new customers across the APJ region. You will own the full sales cycle, from pipeline building to closing deals typically ranging from $20k to $60k.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage your own pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting and networking.
• Own the complete sales cycle, from outreach and qualification to negotiation and close.
• Understand prospective customers’ business challenges and demonstrate how HiBob can help.
• Prepare and deliver tailored product demonstrations.
• Maintain accurate opportunity, activity and forecasting data in Salesforce.
• Represent HiBob at industry events, trade shows and conferences.

Required profile

• 3+ years of closing experience in SaaS, technology or another relevant B2B environment.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong discovery, presentation, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Ambitious, resilient and coachable.
• Ability to work hard, stay organised and take ownership in a fast‑moving environment.
