Cluster Manager – Adelaide

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Dual Site Manager to lead our Myer Adelaide and David Jones Adelaide concessions. This brand‑new leadership position offers the chance to shape and grow two key Oroton locations, delivering an elevated client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop teams across two concession locations
• Drive sales performance, ensuring consistent achievement of KPIs and targets
• Oversee operational excellence including rostering, recruitment and service delivery
• Ensure strong execution of visual merchandising and brand standards across both sites
• Partner with regional and state leadership to deliver commercial and strategic outcomes
• Build a strong, engaged team culture across both Adelaide locations

Required profile

• Proven multi‑site or senior retail leadership experience
• Strong background in fashion and apparel retail (essential)
• Track record of driving sales performance and achieving KPIs
• Strong clienteling capability and passion for premium customer experience
• Ability to lead, coach and develop high‑performing teams across multiple locations
• Strong commercial acumen and operational understanding
• Confident, energetic leadership style that inspires performance
