Cloud Services Manager

About the role

Harvey Norman, one of Australia's largest lifestyle product retailers with more than 300 complexes worldwide, is looking for a Cloud Services Manager. As a senior technology leadership role within the Cloud, AI & Modern Workplace team, you will ensure the company's cloud platforms, infrastructure services and eCommerce environment stay secure, reliable, scalable and cost-effective, leading operational management and continual improvement across cloud operations, DevOps and systems engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations, support and reliability of the cloud services and eCommerce platform
• Drive service performance, resilience, monitoring, incident management and operational excellence
• Lead and develop teams across Systems Engineering, DevOps and Cloud Operations
• Partner with Digital Delivery, Security, Architecture and Product teams on secure, scalable platforms
• Own cloud cost management, optimisation initiatives and service improvement programs
• Manage operational risks, critical incidents, governance controls and supplier relationships
• Champion automation, standardisation and modern operational practices

Required profile

• 10+ years managing and improving enterprise cloud, infrastructure or platform services
• Experience leading and developing technical operations teams
• Track record managing large-scale cloud environments and business-critical platforms
• Experience supporting and optimising high-volume eCommerce platforms
• Tertiary qualification in IT, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Right to work in Australia

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, cloud infrastructure, monitoring, resilience, security and operational support
• DevOps practices, automation, CI/CD and operational readiness
• Managing cloud financials, operational governance, risk and continual service improvement
