Clinical Reviewer – Fully Remote (up to $120/hr)

About the role

Mercor is seeking a Clinical Reviewer to work remotely on a contract basis, evaluating AI‑generated healthcare content. The role involves applying clinical expertise to assess and improve the quality of documents, spreadsheets and slide decks produced by AI models.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate AI‑generated artifacts against domain‑specific quality rubrics.
• Identify factual, aesthetic and presentation errors in documents, spreadsheets and slide decks.
• Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve AI model outputs.
• Grade outputs in the healthcare/clinical domain using deep subject‑matter expertise.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while enhancing model performance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in healthcare or clinical settings.
• Native or professional fluency in English.
• Master’s degree or higher from a reputable institution (preferred).

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Google Workspace proficiency, especially Google Slides.
