Clinical Provider / Psychologist (Freelance, Remote)

About the role

Intellect is seeking a registered Clinical Psychologist to join its telehealth platform on a full‑time freelance basis. The role combines direct clinical care with workplace assessments, psychosocial risk work, stakeholder partnership, crisis response, and research collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Provide evidence‑based psychological therapy via video sessions and, where needed, in‑person.
• Conduct psychological and workplace assessments, including return‑to‑work and psychosocial risk evaluations.
• Support workplace mental health initiatives and develop clinically sound recommendations for client organisations.
• Liaise with client representatives and internal teams to maintain clinical quality and reporting standards.
• Participate in on‑site crisis response, offering psychological first aid and follow‑up care.
• Contribute to research and evaluation projects, supporting data collection and evidence generation.

Required profile

• CISP‑required; AHPRA registration preferred but not mandatory.
• Master’s or Doctoral qualification in Clinical Psychology.
• Minimum three years of experience in therapy and assessment.
• Experience with case management, workplace assessments, and psychosocial risk is highly regarded.

• Ability to work across individual care and organisational contexts.
• Comfort with stakeholder engagement and crisis support.
