Clinical Provider – Flexible Employment Options

About the role

Intellect is expanding its Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) network in Australia and is looking for qualified counsellors and clinical psychologists to provide telehealth and onsite mental health support to employees across a range of organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 telehealth or onsite coaching, counselling, or therapy‑style consultations (general advice only).
• Provide Critical Incident Stress Programme (CISP) services virtually or onsite as required.
• Facilitate optional webinars and in‑person seminars.
• Support employee wellbeing, stress management and resilience.
• Collaborate with Intellect’s internal clinical team to enhance EAP offerings.

Required profile

• Counsellors: Master’s in Counselling or Counselling Psychology, active ACA or PACFA membership, 1–3 years supervised counselling experience.
• Clinical Psychologists: Master’s in Clinical Psychology (APAC‑accredited), general registration with AHPRA, 1–3 years supervised clinical practice; Area of Practice endorsement preferred.
• Willingness to obtain Police Check/Working With Children Check if requested.

Required skills

• Provision of telehealth or onsite mental health consultations.
• Experience delivering CISP or similar stress‑management programmes.
