Clinical Pharmacist – Hospital Pharmacy Team

About the role

Join the Albury Wodonga Health Pharmacy team as a Clinical Pharmacist, providing high‑quality, patient‑centred care across two hospital campuses. You will work in a dynamic, collaborative environment that supports clinical education, informatics and career progression.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver clinical pharmacy services to inpatients, discharge patients and outpatients.
• Utilise automated dispensing cabinets and iPharmacy systems to ensure safe medication distribution.
• Prepare aseptic compounded products from the Wodonga campus.
• Participate in team‑based clinical projects and contribute to service redesign.
• Provide weekend, public holiday and afternoon shift coverage as required.

Required profile

• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Adaptable, efficient and flexible approach to changing workloads.
• Commitment to excellence and achieving optimal patient outcomes.

Required skills

• Experience with automated dispensing cabinets.
• Familiarity with iPharmacy medication management software.
• Knowledge of aseptic compounding techniques.
