Clinical Provider – Flexible Mental Health Services

About the role

Intellect is expanding its Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) provider network across Australia. As a Clinical Provider you will deliver telehealth and onsite mental health support, working flexibly alongside your private practice or as a full‑time professional.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 telehealth and/or onsite coaching, counselling, or therapy‑style consultations (general advice only).
• Deliver the Critical Incident Stress Programme (CISP) virtually or onsite as required.
• Facilitate optional webinars and in‑person seminars.
• Support employees with wellbeing, stress management, and resilience building.
• Collaborate with Intellect’s internal clinical team to enhance EAP programmes.

Required profile

• Counsellors: Master’s in Counselling, Counselling Psychology or Social Work; active ACA or PACFA membership; 1–3 years supervised counselling experience.
• Clinical Psychologists: Master’s in Clinical Psychology (APAC‑accredited); general registration with AHPRA; 1–3 years supervised clinical practice; Area of Practice Endorsement preferred.
• Nice‑to‑haves: Experience with First Nations communities, managerial or leadership coaching, prior EAP or workplace counselling, additional languages, willingness for occasional onsite sessions, police/working‑with‑children checks, eligibility for a Medicare provider number.
