Client Relationship Manager

About the role

Medilaw, part of the MedHealth Group, provides medical opinions to the legal, insurance, workers compensation, superannuation and government sectors across Australia. It is looking for a high-level Client Relationship Manager in Sydney, reporting to the General Manager NSW/ACT. The role combines account management, relationship building and business development, with some occasional travel to regional areas.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and convert a pipeline of new customers while delivering outstanding service to key existing ones.
• Oversight and coordination of current and future accounts.
• Manage and nurture client relationships, including contract management, renewals, retention and business growth.
• Develop strategy and manage relationships with assigned customers, liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle client concerns and complaints consistently, and ensure delivery meets contracted requirements.
• Lead a national strategy to identify and pursue business growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Previous client relationship management or business development role.
• Understanding of IME / medico-legal services.
• Experience preparing and submitting tenders.
• Experience marketing health services.
• Degree or higher qualification.
• 5 years' experience in health, finance or services.
