Customer Care Specialist

About the role

Coloplast, a global market leader in medical devices serving people with intimate healthcare needs, is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Customer Care Specialist. This frontline role supports consumers, B2B customers, healthcare professionals and distributors, handling orders, enquiries and deliveries with professionalism and empathy.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver customer service by phone, email and SMS
• Process customer orders, payments and account enquiries accurately and efficiently
• Investigate and resolve enquiries, giving timely updates and solutions
• Coordinate with Operations, Logistics and freight partners on order fulfilment, deliveries, returns and tracking
• Maintain accurate customer records and complete administrative and reporting tasks
• Manage enquiries through shared email systems and support order investigations
• Assist with website enquiries and product fault investigations
• Connect customers with relevant sales team members where appropriate

Required profile

• Enjoys helping people and can manage several priorities with high accuracy
• Ideally has excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ideally has strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
• Ideally can handle multiple systems and processes at once
• Ideally has a positive, empathetic, customer-focused approach and a collaborative mindset
