Client Relationship Consultant - Level 1

About the role

Gallagher Bassett's My Plan Manager (MPM), a plan management provider for the NDIS and a wholly owned subsidiary of Gallagher Bassett, is recruiting Client Relationship Consultants for its November intakes. The consultant is the first point of contact for clients, providers and support networks, resolving enquiries, processing invoices and helping NDIS participants maximise their funding. The role combines phone-based customer service with administrative case management.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from clients, providers and support networks
• Resolve enquiries with a focus on first-contact resolution
• Investigate and resolve customer enquiries with empathy and professionalism
• Process invoices and manage customer cases accurately and efficiently
• Help clients understand and maximise their NDIS funding
• Maintain accurate records and meet service standards and performance goals
• Collaborate with a supportive team

Required profile

• Experience in contact centres, customer service, customer support or administration, or in retail, banking, insurance, hospitality or healthcare
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem solving and attention to detail
• Ability to handle customer enquiries and difficult conversations
• Positive, resilient and team-oriented attitude, able to adapt to changing priorities
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Current WWCC and NDIS Worker Clearance (or the ability to obtain them), and current MyID Digital ID (or the ability to obtain it)
• Right to live and work in Australia; agency candidates are not considered
