Client Account Executive

About the role

Dialpad is looking for a Client Account Executive to manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers in Sydney. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients realize the full value of Dialpad’s AI‑powered communication platform and expanding usage of its product suite.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end sales process for a defined set of customers, collaborating with Sales Managers, Engineers, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing and partners.
• Develop and execute a territory account plan to meet quarterly revenue targets and activity metrics.
• Build strong relationships to understand client strategy, align Dialpad solutions, and generate pipeline.
• Provide accurate forecasts and maintain detailed records in CRM.
• Identify and champion customers for the Customer Advisory Board and Executive Sponsor Program.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of experience in a closing sales role, preferably mid‑market SaaS.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites or events as needed.

Required skills

• SaaS sales experience, with bonus points for UCaaS/CCaaS.
• Solution‑selling methodologies such as SPICED or MEDDICC.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and GSuite tools.
