Civil Site Supervisor – Sydney

About the role

JK Williams is seeking an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to lead daily operations on a variety of infrastructure and civil construction projects across the Sydney region. This hands‑on leader will ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all civil construction activities on‑site.
• Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and material deliveries according to the project schedule.
• Monitor progress, produce daily reports for Project Managers, and resolve on‑site issues promptly.
• Conduct toolbox talks, site inductions, and enforce WHS, environmental, and quality standards.
• Mentor and develop the on‑site workforce.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Civil Site Supervisor in infrastructure, earthworks, roads, or subdivisions.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and attention to detail.
• Current driver’s licence and willingness to work across Sydney.

Required skills

• White Card (mandatory).
• First Aid and Traffic Control tickets (preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Sound knowledge of WHS regulations, quality, and compliance.
