Civil Engineer – Water Infrastructure (All Levels)

About the role

We are seeking civil engineers with water infrastructure and water transmission experience at all levels to join our expanding Water Utilities team across Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Civil and hydraulic design of pipelines, pump stations and treatment plants.
• Treatment plant layout, earthworks and integration with brownfield assets.
• Design coordination and technical input across multidisciplinary teams.
• For senior roles: lead civil design packages from concept through detailed design.
• Mentor team members and support constructability, staging and delivery outcomes.
• Contribute to technical governance and best‑practice standards.

Required profile

• Qualified civil engineer with experience in water infrastructure and transmission.
• Ability to work at any career level, from early‑career to senior positions.
• For senior candidates: proven leadership and mentoring capabilities.
