About the role

We are seeking a commercially astute, relationship‑focused CEO to lead a respected specialist medical group operating across NSW. The role combines strategic vision with hands‑on operational oversight to drive sustainable growth, quality service and digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with the Board and doctor groups to strengthen relationships and align strategy.
• Elevate service standards and ensure operational efficiency across a network of practices.
• Lead digital and systems enhancement initiatives to improve patient and doctor experience.
• Oversee governance, transformation projects and performance improvement programmes.
• Drive sustainable growth while maintaining the organisation’s values‑led culture.
• Manage strategic property investments that support the operating model.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in multi‑site health services or professional services.
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management capability.
• Experience in doctor‑led or partnership‑based environments.
• Track record of governance uplift, organisational transformation and systems improvement.
• Ability to balance long‑term strategic planning with day‑to‑day execution.
