About the role
Lead the culinary team at one of Sodexo's remote sites in Western Australia, delivering high‑volume, quality food service while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Provide leadership and coordinate staff to maintain a secure, safe, and customer‑focused environment.
- Manage hands‑on chef duties alongside administrative tasks, consulting with stakeholders regularly.
Required profile
- Australian citizenship, permanent residency or full working rights.
- Trade Certificate, Cert III or Cert IV in Commercial Cookery.
- Extensive experience in large, high‑volume kitchen environments, preferably within the resources sector.
- Strong leadership, safety focus and customer service orientation.
Required skills
- Commercial Cookery certification (Cert III/IV).
- Experience with high‑volume kitchen operations.
