Channel Marketing Manager – Away From Home (AFH)

About the role

The Channel Marketing Manager will lead the execution of through‑the‑line (TTL) marketing initiatives for the Away From Home (AFH) channel in North Sydney. Reporting to the Head of Go‑to‑Market, you will partner with senior stakeholders, develop joint business plans and ensure brand campaigns are translated into effective customer activations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Channel General Managers and senior stakeholders to create and execute joint customer business plans.
• Lead the development and rollout of TTL campaigns, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and best‑in‑class execution standards.
• Influence brand and category teams to introduce new product development (NPD) and shopper marketing initiatives.
• Manage the activation calendar, communicate changes and conduct post‑implementation reviews, including ROI analysis.
• Oversee the twelve‑month Direct Marketing Expenditure (DME) budget, tracking spend and financial outcomes.
• Coordinate with external agencies, legal, and retail decision‑makers to deliver activation programs.
• Provide leadership and development for Customer Activation Managers within the channel.

Required profile

• Proven experience in channel or consumer‑goods marketing, preferably within the AFH segment.
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent project‑management capabilities with a focus on budget control and financial forecasting.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and deliver results against tight timelines.
