Change Lead, Docklands (Secondment)

About the role

ANZ is hiring a Change Lead for its Institutional division in the Group Operations transformation office, based in Melbourne. This is a secondment role, full-time (40 hours per week), covering multiple locations. The Change Lead drives the rollout of the Global Digital Verification (eKYC) capability and the Authorised Signatories Master program, acting as the key link between the project, the Chief Operating Officers and their delegates, and the stakeholders of the relevant functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead change management activities, including change impact analysis, operating model and process design, documentation, training, communication and post-implementation support.
• Work with Institutional KYC Onboarding teams, Channel registration and Products & Services to deliver the initiatives within budget and timelines.
• Support requirements sign-off, UAT and non-financial risk assessments, and help roll out the Digital Backbone agenda and other change initiatives.
• Build awareness of the agenda and track adoption with a concrete matrix.
• Align AU, GCC and projects to optimise delivery scope and schedule.
• Manage plans, risks, issues and dependencies, plan the project with a critical path, run backlog management and sprint reporting, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Required profile

• Ideal background in institutional customer onboarding, services, products and channels.
• Ability to work autonomously on moderately complex tasks and collaborate in a team.
• Experience at senior levels, delivering against commitments and maintaining credibility.
• Implementation or change manager experience in financial services.
• Understanding of the risk management framework in financial services, applied in project management and operations.
