About the role

Applejack Hospitality is looking for an experienced cellar and logistics attendant for its Opera Bar in Sydney. The role keeps the bar fully stocked and supports bartenders during busy service periods.

Key responsibilities

Keep the bar fully stocked with glassware, ice, garnishes and beverages
Support bartenders throughout busy service periods
Collect, clean and polish glassware
Maintain clean, organised and presentable bar stations
Assist with opening and closing duties
Work closely with the wider team to ensure seamless service
Follow all hygiene, safety and venue procedures

Required profile

Experienced barbacks
Confident in keeping the bar stocked and supporting bartenders
